Delete your Lishi Search data
Lishi Search does not create user accounts or upload your searches. You can request deletion of information you voluntarily submitted to support.
How to request deletion
- Email james@capturesnaps.com.
- Use the subject Lishi Search data deletion request.
- Describe the issue report or correspondence you want deleted, including its approximate date and wording so we can identify it.
We will confirm the outcome after locating and deleting the matching support record.
Data covered
This process covers issue descriptions submitted through the App's Report an issue form and support correspondence sent to the developer. The App has no account profile or developer-held search history to delete. Uninstalling the App removes its locally stored data from your device.
Retention
A support record may be retained only where reasonably necessary to meet a legal obligation, resolve a security or fraud concern, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Otherwise, an identified record will be deleted following a valid request.
